In our lovingly furnished 5½-room apartment in the heart of the charming little town of Liestal, a spacious, bright shared room with a gallery will be available from August 1, 2025. It is located in the converted attic of the house and offers a total of 36 m² of living space. The monthly rent is CHF 630.– including utilities (excluding internet and television fees). Three bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with a balcony, a washing machine, and a dishwasher are available for shared use. We live in a supportive and respectful rental relationship and are looking for a tidy, quiet, and reliable person with experience in independent living. Currently living in the shared apartment are Mirjam (26), a chemistry student and FAGE employee, Anika (36), who works as a household manager in the hospitality industry, and Ben (41), who is an IT employee from Germany and only spends a few days a month with us. What is important to us: mutual consideration, cleanliness, and a pleasant coexistence. We value shared moments as well as respectful handling of the need for retreat and personal space.
