About us:

We are a cooperative and are looking for open, communicative residents who appreciate the tolerant coexistence and the mix of generations within our community. We are pleased if you would like to actively participate in the life of the cooperative.

• Keeping dogs is not permitted in our settlements. Apartment cats are allowed, but attaching a cat net requires prior approval.
• Before moving in, a rent deposit of three months' rent must be deposited into a tenant deposit account. This will be converted into cooperative capital at a later date. For this reason, we cannot accept tenant deposit insurance or similar models.

The neighborhood:

Our Sternenfeld I settlement is located shortly before the transition to the power plant island, surrounded by many green spaces and trees. The immediate proximity to the Rhine River and the Birsköpfli offers many opportunities for walking, cycling and plenty of space for playing. A Migros branch, kindergartens and schools are within walking distance. The bus line 80 offers a direct connection from the neighborhood to Aeschenplatz every half hour during the day. Tram line 3 is also within walking distance in a few minutes and connects you to the city center.

The property:

The 10-story building is part of our Sternenfeld I cooperative settlement. As a tenant and later cooperative member, you have various common areas and facilities available for shared use. In addition to many green spaces, there is a playground, several seating areas, and a barbecue area.

The apartment:

From June 15, 2025, we are renting a bright 4-room apartment on the 8th floor to families. The apartment offers the following amenities:
