Constructible plot for sale - 1885 Chesières

The plot is located in a constructible zone, allocated in chalet zone A, according to the communal allocation plan E.C.V.A (Ecovets-Chesières-Villars-Arveyes) in force, as well as in a very low-density housing zone 15 - LAT - A, according to the future PACOM (communal development plan). Any construction is subject to these two regulations.
In addition, and according to the attached plan, the plot includes a large forest area. The possible implantation area of a chalet is delimited in purple on the plan.

Here are some of the rules of the two construction regulations:

- The zone is intended for individual or collective housing, commerce and crafts.
- The distance between the facades and the boundary of the neighboring property is a minimum of 8 m.
- The surface area of the constructible plots is a minimum of 1,000 m2, with one dwelling per plot or fraction of a plot of at least 1,000 m2.
- The proportion between the constructible area and the land area does not exceed 1/8.
