LAND

The plot is located in a building zone, designated as chalet zone A, according to the current municipal zoning plan E.C.V.A (Ecovets-Chesières-Villars-Arveyes), as well as in a very low-density residential zone 15 - LAT - A, according to the future PACOM (Municipal Development Plan). Any construction is subject to these two regulations.
In addition, and according to the attached plan, the plot includes a large forest area. The possible location area for a chalet is marked in purple on the plan.

Here are some of the rules from the two construction regulations:

- The area is intended for individual or collective housing, commerce, and crafts.
- The distance between the facades and the boundary of the neighboring property is at least 8 m.
- The surface area of building plots is at least 1,000 m2, with one residential building per plot or per fraction of plot of at least 1,000 m2.
- The ratio between the buildable area and the surface area of the land does not exceed 1/8.
