The approved building regulations provide for the following objects: a detached single-family house, a house with two residential units and - elevated at the end of the quarter - a terraced house on two floors.
All houses are built in a modern, high-quality construction method, some with a lift, and blend harmoniously into the small settlement.
The gently curved access road leads up the hill and ends in a cul-de-sac between the lightly pastel-colored houses.
Below the settlement is a large plot of land of around 4,000 m² with a tree-lined avenue, a swimming pond and a vegetable garden. This belongs exclusively to the development and is available to the community.
