Mediterranean atmosphere in Ticino. Designed by a Spanish architect, this villa was built in 2001 in Riva San Vitale in a quiet neighborhood characterized by single-family homes. With a generous 350 m2, there is plenty of space. The highlight is the large veranda with direct access from the living room and dining room and the kitchen. On cooler days, the veranda can be closed on all sides and thus usable all year round. The veranda leads directly to the garden and the pool.
While the ground floor is dedicated to everyday life, the sleeping area is on the first floor. In the master bedroom, there are 2 walk-in closets next to the cozy bathroom. There are two more bedrooms and another bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there is a very large room, ideal for a movie night or as a spacious guest room.
In the basement, there are garages for 2 cars, several parking spaces, and various other rooms currently used as an office, laundry room, gym, and technical room.
The entire house is air-conditioned. The underfloor heating is gas heated. The villa is equipped with many security cameras that can be monitored from any TV in the house.
All in all, a great house that stands out from the usual houses on the market. The house is in excellent condition, and no repairs are needed or planned in the short term. There are still many details to discover. Better when you visit. It's worth it..
By the way: according to the owner, a second residence should be possible.
