This chalet, built in 1930, was a summer residence. Cattle were kept below and the living area above.
Currently, some improvements have been made. Notably, the creation of a cozy dormitory under the roof with access from a small living room. From this living room, you can access a balcony with a panoramic view of the Vaud Alps.
The kitchen is livable with a wood stove, a fridge, and a cooker. There is no bathroom, just a toilet with a sink. Two small bedrooms complete the layout. Next to the entrance of the chalet is a veranda.
The lower floor, which is currently a stable, could be arranged differently.
Access to the chalet is sporty, it is done on foot and takes about 10 minutes, there is no right of way.
