This chalet, built in 1930, was a summer residence. The cattle were housed below and the living area above.
Currently, some improvements have been made. Notably, the creation of a pleasant dormitory under the roof with access from a small living room. From this living room, you access a balcony with a panoramic view of the Vaudois Alps.
The kitchen is habitable with a wood-burning stove, a fridge and a cooker. There is no bathroom but just a toilet with a washbasin. Two small bedrooms complete the layout. Next to the entrance of the chalet is a veranda.
The lower floor, which is currently a stable, could be arranged differently.
Access to the chalet is sporty, it is done on foot and it takes 10 minutes, there is no right of way.
