Building description
The construction, built in 1980 on the foundations of an old "Raccard" and extended for the occasion, is of traditional design and consists of two levels.
Solid construction in masonry and concrete for the lower part and in solid wooden beams for the upper part. Roof covering in Tavillons, copper sheet metal work.
Hot water is provided by a gas boiler. Heating is provided by electric radiators and supplemented by a stone oven. Septic tank.
