The name has been deliberately chosen and reflects various facets in our project. On one hand, the location of the building site in a wonderfully agricultural environment with a tranquility that is increasingly appreciated today.

On the other hand, the naturalness of living with the ecological aspects of wooden construction. Durability and quality in construction with a material that is implemented in a top-modern way and is in harmony with nature and the environment.
The renowned and local wooden construction + architecture company Stadelmann Stutz AG, well-known for solid craftsmanship and thoughtful architecture, which can look back on countless satisfied customers, is creating this generous project in a wonderfully green environment in the quietest village and school location.
The last houses are now being built:

The building site of the houses is located next to existing buildings and green meadows with high-stem trees on the southern edge of the village of Fahrwangen. The neighborhood is characterized by single-family houses, plenty of agricultural green space, and little through traffic. The development of the 1st phase will be complemented by underground parking, which leaves the space between the houses open for the design of a blooming open area. The orientation of the individual houses is deliberately chosen to optimally capture the advantages of light incidence, green space, views, and privacy.
