The expansion of the wooden house itself was later comparatively a breeze and the easiest and fastest part of the whole planning and construction history: The precisely prefabricated wall elements were delivered punctually to the construction site and mounted within days by the manufacturer's carpenters. "We relied entirely on Fullwood and are thrilled with how smoothly everything went," says Cilgia Plate. Before the house construction, the couple first had the green area landscaped and let the floating floor slab rest for half a year. After a short expansion time, "Chalet Cilgia" could then be occupied and everything was immediately beautiful and homely, even outside. "For the interior design, we exclusively engaged regional specialist companies – they are then quickly available if something should be the case," argues Joachim Plate.
