The residential and commercial building was built in 1952 on a south-facing slope and renovated in 1999. It offers a fantastic view of the Churfirsten in a fog-free location in beautiful Wildhaus, SG. The municipality of Wildhaus is known to skiers and hikers alike. The location offers plenty of sun, fresh air and is close to nature.
The current status of the house is habitable, but does not meet today's standards. The floor plan leaves much to be desired. It is currently used as a holiday home. It offers a lot of potential for conversion. With little effort, the kitchens and bathrooms can be renovated, immediately creating more living comfort. There is also the possibility of building additional apartments, e.g. for permanent or holiday tenants.
The 2nd upper floor consists of 4 rooms and a bathroom. One of the rooms used to be a kitchen. Connections are available. Two more rooms are on the 1st floor, as well as a large living room, a bathroom and the kitchen. One room is located on the ground floor, as well as an office with a shop window, a guest toilet and the garage. In the 1st basement there is currently a workshop and another garage. The workshop and the garage are accessible from inside and outside. A storage room is located in the 2nd basement, which is accessible via the external staircase.
The house is in very good condition.
A house that leaves room for many wishes.
