The property is located at the municipal and cantonal border between Zuzwil and Wuppenau, surrounded by green landscape. Project
The farmhouse has three floors. The ground floor features an open living, dining, and cooking area, as well as a wet room with a toilet and sink. The upper floor will have three large rooms and a large bathroom with a shower, bathtub, toilet, and two sinks. The first highlight is planned for the attic. The studio extends almost over the entire area. Only one more bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink will be available on this floor. The basement will have a total of three cellar rooms, as well as an entrance area and a technical room. The barn next to the house is certainly the most visible highlight of the project. It has 100 m2 and makes the project definitely unique. In addition, a separate storage room will be available for garden tools or similar.
The standard of construction is set high but can be determined internally (material selection such as kitchen flooring, etc.). The exterior view has been planned according to the cantonal regulations for the agricultural zone and cannot be changed. The project has been passionately planned with the aim of building a unique property for the buyer and supporting the surrounding area by renewing and bringing more life back to the countryside.
