The building fabric of this historic Engadine house dates back to 1560. During the past centuries it has been continuously rebuilt and adapted to the requirements of the time. The last major renovation of the facade and roof took place in 1987/88. The property currently houses three apartments, but can be converted back into a spacious single-family house by means of restoration. Striking features are the characteristic Sulèr on the ground floor and the cross-vaulted ceilings typical of the construction period in various rooms. The house is in a well-maintained condition and benefits from exceptional sunshine. The property is sold with the garden plot opposite the house, on which a spacious garage can be built underground.
A feasibility study for the realization of a spacious single-family house is currently being prepared. The planning documents will be available from mid-December 2024 and will then be presented in detail. In the course of a possible conversion, the house could be connected to the district heating network of the municipality.
