In the northern part of the project, two double single-family houses and four single-family houses in a clear, modern architectural language complement the existing orthogonal building structure of the adjacent residential quarter. The careful placement of the buildings creates generous, private outdoor spaces and offers residents a high level of living comfort.
In the southern area along the Alte Andelfingerstrasse, two more double single-family houses seamlessly integrate into the historical appearance of the village core zone through their harmonious orientation, thoughtful design language, and harmonious material choice. This integration ensures that the new buildings respectfully complement the traditional village image while meeting modern living requirements.
The 6.5-room houses in residential zone B offer a spacious living and dining area on the ground floor, which is complemented by an open kitchen and large window fronts. These allow for a direct connection to the two seating areas and guarantee a light-flooded living experience.
The rooms on the upper and attic floors meet various requirements and offer numerous usage possibilities for families. In the basement, hobby, storage, and cellar rooms round off the luxurious space offering.

Henggart - The gateway to the wine region
The municipality of Henggart is located on the railway connection between Winterthur and Schaffhausen. Coming from Winterthur, Henggart is the first municipality in the Andelfingen district and is considered the gateway to the wine region.
In addition to its rural charm, the municipality of Henggart has an excellent transport location (S-Bahn connection with half-hour intervals towards Schaffhausen, Winterthur, and Zurich. Motorway connection towards Winterthur and Zurich.) A cycling and hiking path runs through the village from Winterthur to Andelfingen.
For decades, viticulture has been maintained. The municipal area covers 301 ha with hiking trails through the nearby forests and along the Seltenbach towards Humlikon.
