The project involves the construction of 3 new distinct single-family homes with private gardens facing south-west.
Each home is completely independent.
You enter the entrance hall with a wardrobe and a service bathroom. You can immediately see the stairs leading to the night floor or to the underground technical floor on one side and the living area towards the garden patio.
At the same level, moving west and reaching the large windows that are flush with the patio and the external garden, you can see the modernly furnished kitchen, the living room, and the dining area. An open space consisting of the living floor and the external garden patio.
Going up the first staircase, you reach the first floor where we find 3 beautiful bedrooms that are well lit and ventilated and two bathrooms. Taking the stairs down from the day floor leads to a large technical/laundry room and cellar.
In the garden patio space, it is possible to create a garden infinity pool (to be defined later).
It is planned to install a photovoltaic system on the flat roof in order to have electricity taking advantage of good solar irradiation and a renewable energy heat pump located on the underground technical floor, to heat and cool the house in different seasons.
In each house, the systems are completely independently managed. With the advancement and customization of the project, it is possible to coordinate between the client and the architect to implement any client needs.
The land in question is located above the historic nucleus of Cadro, which has been part of the neighborhoods of the City of Lugano for a few years.
The position of the land in an elevated position is extremely sunny all year round. Downhill from the site, just a few meters away, there are public transport stops, the elementary and preschool school center, restaurants, a pharmacy, and the underground collection of domestic waste.
