The 3-story rustic house was renovated in 2000 and is in good condition. The house offers a cozy, family atmosphere. The furnishings are in a rustic style, as is fitting for a mountain house.
The house has two entrances and three floors, which are internally connected by two staircases. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom/shower/WC, a cellar, and a hallway that can be used in various ways. From here, you can access the first floor, where there is a unique living-dining-kitchen area with a fireplace and a bedroom. A comfortable staircase leads to the attic with 6 single beds.
Outside the rustic house, there are two terraces where you can enjoy the sun or grill with friends. From every side, there is a beautiful view of the mountains, the valley, and nature.
In summer, the rustic house is easily accessible by car up to 750 m, as the last 4 km are on an unpaved road. There is another way to reach the country house: you can leave the car in the parking lot of Casa Predasca and walk about 15-20 minutes up the path to the house. In winter, when there is a lot of snow, the car must be left in the village of Campo [Blenio] and then it is 10 km by snowmobile or snowshoes to the property.
Numerous hikes or bike tours can be undertaken all around. Right here is the famous stage of the mountain bike route "Bovarina bike" with the namesake hut restaurant.
In winter, this area is a paradise for skiers. The ski area Campo [Blenio] is 17 minutes away and the new international cross-country skiing center in Campra is 30 minutes away. The village of Olivone with its shops is 15 km away.
The drive to the A2 highway in [Biasca] takes 45 minutes. The post bus stop is in Campo.
