This beautiful rustic house is located in a very sunny and quiet location in the Semione mountains, in the small hamlet of Sosto at 1500 m above sea level, in the beautiful Bleniotal.

The rustic is structured as follows: The ground floor is used as a cellar, the first floor has two separate rooms and an attic with two beds. The structure of the rustic is in good condition. The roof was renovated in 1995. One of the rooms on the first floor is already habitable. The rest of the building needs to be renovated by connecting all utilities. Drinking water is located nearby. To drain the wastewater, a septic tank must be created. For electricity, solar panels need to be installed.
Next to the rustic, there is the possibility to create a spacious terrace for barbecues with friends or sunbathing.

Here you can still find the tranquility of a romantic valley amidst unspoiled nature. Beautiful hikes to the Pian d'Alpe hut can be undertaken.

In summer, the rustic is easily accessible on foot. The nearest parking is 800 m below the village center of Sosto. In winter, when there is a lot of snow, the rustic can be reached by car to the village of Semione. From there, it is about 10 km by snowmobile/sled to the rustic.
Biasca with the A2 highway is reachable in about 30 minutes. Bellinzona is 40 minutes from the rustic. The cities of Lugano and Locarno with their lakes are reachable in one hour.
