Description
This three-storey rustic house in need of renovation is located on the upper edge of the village of Brontallo in a very quiet and sunny location with a beautiful view in the lovely region of Maggiatal on Via Nucleo.
The building was constructed around 1850 and underwent a small renovation in 1970.
The exterior of the building is in very good condition, but the interior needs to be completely renovated.
In 2010, the roof of the building was newly covered with materials from granite poplar wood and a new ridge.
The existing water line is located 20 meters from the country house, while the sewer and the well are next to the country house. Electricity is available in the village.
Cars can be parked in the large village parking lot, which is 100 m from the building. There is also the bus stop Brontallo Paese, from which you can reach the village of Bignasco. From Bignasco, you can transfer to the city bus, which can take you to Locarno until midnight. Locarno can be reached by car in 40 minutes and the A2 highway at Bellinzona-Sud in one hour. Shopping opportunities are available in Cevio and the school is located in Bignasco.
