We present this terraced house, very sunny and with an open view. It is a building from the 1970s designed as a holiday home, with a beautiful garden and terrace. The living area includes a living room with fireplace, open kitchen, a large bedroom (originally two bedrooms), a bathroom with shower. The garden extends on all sides and also includes a small forest. The slightly elevated position allows for sun all day and an open view and is also very quiet, as it is a 30 zone. Near shops and all services. The roof is new. A new air conditioning system as well. There is the possibility to enlarge the surface area. Perfect as a holiday home. Second home permit available. Besides its proximity to Lake Maggiore, Losone is also a popular holiday destination thanks to the floodplains of the Maggia and Melezza rivers. Along the Maggia and Melezza there are a number of publicly accessible beaches, the most famous of which is the Meriggio beach. For those who enjoy walking, the large green spaces between the banks create natural river parks surrounded by groves that lead to the shores of Lake Maggiore on one side and the Centovalli on the other. For nature lovers and sports enthusiasts, Losone is a complete destination. Golf, horse riding, cycling, climbing - the area offers a wide choice for passionate athletes and for those who prefer a more relaxed pace. Some of Switzerland's most scenic cycle paths lead through Losone. Heading towards Tegna, the route climbs the Maggia Valley, reaching Cevio with its elegant tree-lined avenue and buildings, and ends in Cavergno. Or you can take the Centovalli. If you don't feel like continuing to the Corona dei Pinci, you can stop in Intragna and turn towards Ascona to reach Lake Maggiore. The ride can then continue through the Piano di Magadino Park to the castles of Bellinzona.
