From the two parking spaces, you can reach the villa either via an inclined lift or through natural stone stairs that also lead through the beautifully designed garden. From the lift, you enter directly into the interior through a security door. Here, open and bright rooms connect to form a unit. On the ground floor, in addition to the living and dining room with an open fireplace and adjoining kitchen, there is also the guest bedroom with shower room, as well as a guest toilet. A curved staircase leads to the upper floor with a very large bedroom and a bathroom with a tub. From here, you have access to the beautiful balcony with unobstructed lake views and absolute privacy. On either side, there is a storage room that could be enlarged. A small sauna provides relaxation and recovery. The property also includes an outdoor pool, as well as numerous terraces in absolute privacy, which, together with the breathtaking view from Ascona far into Italy, invite you to sunbathe and celebrate with guests in this perfect holiday domicile. The municipality of Brissago is located on the northern shore of Lake Maggiore, southwest of Ascona on the border with Italy. Brissago is mainly known for the Brissago Islands, which host a botanical garden. Due to the mild climate, about 1500 different plant species can thrive. Among them are palms, bamboo, and eucalyptus, as well as kiwi and bananas. The garden was created in 1885 by Baroness Antoinette de Saint Léger and expanded from 1927 by the subsequent owner of the islands, department store millionaire Max Emden. At the end of 2008, the municipality had nearly 1900 inhabitants.
