Project preliminary study
Based on the protection status report, the architectural office Raumziel in Hettlingen was commissioned to examine the development possibilities for the existing residential building and barn. For this purpose, the entire property was first measured by the surveyor, thus creating usable planning documents. According to the feasibility study, the existing residential building can be renovated and a living area of approximately 170 m² can be realized. Furthermore, it is possible to create several condominiums in the barn.

The property is situated on the road towards Elgg at the end of the core zone B, directly at the border to the agricultural zone.
