The spacious holiday home was built in 1969 and is divided into a large main living area and a guest apartment. The last renovations were carried out about 20 years ago, so investments for future renovations can certainly be calculated. The roof was last renewed around 2008.
The property convinces with its many bedrooms, a large living room and the spacious outdoor area. The two fireplaces, in the living room and winter garden, are particularly appreciated on cold days and create a pleasant living climate.
The kitchen is separated from the living area and offers direct access to the winter garden. The kitchen was renovated around 2005 and is presented in a light beige combined with noble stone. In addition, the kitchen offers sufficient storage space and a generous work surface.
The property offers four bathrooms, two on the ground floor and two on the upper floor.
Various floor coverings have been used in the property. The two living rooms, as well as the hallway and stairs, have a noble, light marble floor. In the bedrooms, however, a comfortable parquet floor has been laid. In the bathrooms, the kitchen and the winter garden, easy-care floor tiles can be found.
Heat generation is via an oil heating system from 1999, which distributes the heat via discreetly installed radiators.
A garage with space for one vehicle is integrated into the house. Further vehicles can easily be parked in the driveway.

The hillside location allows for all-day sunshine and a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. Shopping facilities, a bus stop, the post office, the bank and individual restaurants are within easy walking distance.
