The original farm was carefully renovated in every detail between 2018 and 2020 and transformed into a residential house with two separate parts. The west corner house with a room layout of 6½ rooms can be occupied and lived in immediately. The other part of the house includes a spacious 2½ room apartment on two floors and is currently rented, with the existing lease being transferred to the future owner. In order to generate additional living space, the attic of approximately 47 m² can be fully developed.
During the transformation/extension, natural building materials were used and existing materials were reused. All electrical, sanitary, and heating installations, as well as piping, have been redone. The largest living unit is heated by a base stove (wood, with rooms). The 2½ room corner house has two pellet stoves. The modern architecture of the "old building" is appealing with its many details, such as the inner courtyard that generates a covered outdoor space protected from the wind while serving as a source of light. In addition to the loggia and the inner courtyard, the plot also has various usable outdoor areas (garden, meadow, seating areas, etc.) as well as at least 3 outdoor parking spaces.
