The imposing farmhouse was built in 1848 in mixed construction (solid, wood, frame). The roof is covered with clay/biberschwanz tiles and has an under-roof in the living area.

The ground floor was redesigned and renovated, including the new kitchen, the bathroom with bathtub, the installation of the wet room with separate shower, and new floor coverings were laid, the window front was renewed, and the surroundings and the house square were redesigned.
