In the midst of untouched mountain scenery, not far from the enchanting Engstlensee, lies this cozy mountain cabin, a true gem for nature lovers, seekers of peace, and dreamers.
A special place with magic
The house is located right by the famous "Miracle Spring," a powerful source that has always delighted hikers and locals with its crystal-clear water and magical aura.
Charm, warmth, and authenticity
Upon entering, you are welcomed by the rustic workshop with an integrated wood storage. Its warm, inviting character makes it a place of arrival, breathing, and lingering. The small, charming kitchen is equipped with an oven and stove, ideal for simple, lovingly prepared meals. An additional wood stove provides cozy warmth and pleasant evenings with crackling fire.
On the ground floor, there is also the entrance and a practical dry toilet. Simple stairs lead you from both the workshop and the kitchen to the attic. There, you will find two beautiful bedrooms with plenty of wood, alpine charm, and a breathtaking view of the surrounding nature.
Living simply
The house is connected to the power grid, ready for modern amenities, without losing its original character. Water is currently sourced directly from the Miracle Spring. However, there is the possibility to connect the house to the existing water supply network.
