The district with our detached house is called Sunnhalde. Rightly so, as the gently sloping hill is perfectly sunny. The loosely built residential area was built about sixty years ago. Our detached house is in the first row and benefits from an unobstructed view.
The garden is terraced and offers various larger and smaller places to linger and enjoy. You will certainly spend relaxing but also sociable hours on the spacious, covered patio.
The living area of the house is spread over two floors, with the ground floor serving for cooking, eating and living, while the upper floor is divided into three bedrooms and a bathroom. With a good 100 m², the living space is neither too small nor too large.
Parking possibilities
Parking is on the other side of the street in an underground car park. A private parking space is available here. There is also parking space in front of the underground car park for your visitors.
