The garden area is terraced and offers various larger and smaller spots to linger and enjoy. You will surely spend relaxing but also sociable hours on the spacious, covered seating area.
The living area of the house is spread over two floors, with the ground floor serving for cooking, eating, and living, while the upper floor is divided into three bedrooms and a bathroom. With just over 100 m², the living space is neither too small nor too large.
