The house is located on the southern slope at the village entrance in Egerberg.
A lot has already been done. The lower apartment is ready and can be used directly while you renovate the upper floor, for example.
Due to its proximity to Lonza, the furnished lower apartment can also be rented out well while you use the upper one.
There is a cellar and a laundry room in the lower apartment as well as 1-2 parking spaces directly in front of the house.
In the upper apartment, there is a room with its own shower and toilet right next to the living room, and in the gallery, there are currently 2 small rooms that could easily be converted into a large room. Further small rooms and wet cells are also available, alongside a huge living area and dining area with a great view and a new tiled stove.
