The house is currently divided into three residential units. On the upper floor, there is a cozy 2½ room attic apartment with two balconies. On the ground floor, the spacious 2½ room apartment with beautiful seating areas has been used as a holiday apartment since its creation. These two apartments could be combined if needed. In the basement, an extension for a doctor's practice was planned. Since these rooms were never used, they have been converted into a 3-room apartment with its own seating area.
