The house was built in 1904. The house was rebuilt/renovated several times from 2006 onwards, significantly increasing the actual living space. A breakthrough was made from the ground floor to the basement, doubling the living space of the ground floor and thus enlarging the ground floor apartment from a two-room apartment to a four-room apartment. The basement has two windows. The bathroom of the apartment is located in the large hallway. The hallway also has a massive door that separates the apartment from the stairwell. The living space of the four-room apartment is approx. 93 m2 + hallway.
In the three-room apartment on the first floor, the winter garden was closed with windows and connected to an adjoining room, so that a kitchen could be installed at this point. A load-bearing wall was broken through to connect the two rooms into one. The bathroom in the hallway was enlarged by extending it a bit into the hallway. The living space of the apartment is approx. 63 m2 + hallway.
On the second floor there is an apartment that is best described as a two and a half apartment. There is a living room and bedroom, which together are approx. 40 m2 in size. In addition, there is a winter garden of approx. 2.5 m2. The bathroom is an estimated 6 m2, while the kitchen located in the hallway is approx. 10 m2. The total size of the apartment is approx. 58 m2.
Above the two-room apartment there is also an attic room of approx. 45 m2. Since this room does not have its own bathroom and kitchen, it can actually be added to the two and a half room apartment, as you can reach the hallway of the two-room apartment directly from the attic. In this case, one would speak of a three and a half room maisonette apartment, which is a total of approx. 103 m2. There is also a large hallway.
The total living space in the house is therefore approx. 259 m2. In addition, there are the hallways, a balcony, the boiler room, the laundry room and the garden.
