Special situation:
The 77-year-old owner lives in one of the two parts of the house and wants to sell the house, which has an estimated value of about Fr. 500,000.--, at a very low price. In return, he wants a lifelong right of residence and a monthly amount of Fr. 800.-- (in the sense of a "pension", installment payment). He also wishes that the owner lives in the second part of the house, is handy, and carries out some of the necessary renovation work himself.
Pictures
Unfortunately, we have not yet been able to take professional pictures of the house. However, it is possible to visit the property together with the owner. Please contact us to arrange an appointment.
