PROJECT
The project involves the construction of five single-family houses on plot no. 31 at the western entrance to the village. (Three have already been built)
The plot is located in the Centre Village building zone and is surrounded by a very large agricultural zone. In view of the new building regulations, this agricultural zone should secure a green area in the long term.
RESIDENTIAL AREA
The buildings are arranged on both sides of a private road: three to the west, two to the east. Their silhouette combines modernity and tradition, in harmony with the Centre Village. They are designed to offer intimacy and tranquility, and blend perfectly into their surroundings.
ARCHITECTURAL CONCEPT
The interiors are spacious and bright. A central wooden element, illuminated by a skylight, distributes light over the entire height through a perforated floor. This transparency creates a harmonious continuity between the rooms.

PROJECT CHANGES
The project consists of similar buildings that form a unified concept in the Centre Village zone. Therefore, changes to the shape and external appearance are not possible. However, there is more flexibility for the interior of the ground floor and the upper floor.
The construction of an additional basement is optionally possible.
For sanitary installations, kitchen equipment and floor coverings, the prices for delivery and installation are indicated in the Budgets section.
The final costs will be determined depending on the options chosen and the agreement between the architect and the buyer before execution.
