Driven by inspiration to create a special residential house in this unique location, the motivation was to create a living oasis for the highest demands. Planned and realized with the highest quality materials, designed with modern building technology and with every comfort.

Through the accentuated architecture with clear lines and shapes, this residential ensemble represents timeless and very modern. Rooms that are flooded with light and floor plans that allow for multifunctional uses were the premises that the architect implemented with all consistency.

The plot with 900 m2 of area on a gentle slope has been optimally utilized. It borders the edge of the building zone and is surrounded on two sides by vineyards and pure nature.
