The Project
The semi-detached house was planned with consideration of the surrounding existing buildings to not compete with them but to harmoniously complement the building landscape.
Subtle colors and visually pleasing materials are used for the construction.
The large window fronts combined with closed window panels give the facades a calm yet modern appearance, resulting in bright, friendly interiors with plenty of natural light.
The Houses
The houses have generous and well-thought-out floor plans spread over three floors.
In the large and open living areas, with integrated kitchen, guests can be wonderfully received and catered for.
Two different layouts for the three floors are available for selection.
The early stage of the project allows you to determine many details and thus adapt the house exactly to your needs.
Two parking spaces are already included in the price.
The Quality of Living in Urban Muttenz
Bus No. 60 and Tram No. 14 stop 3 minutes away on foot and run every 8 minutes towards Basel and Pratteln. The train station for the Interregio train is also just a 10-minute walk away.
You can reach the highway either via the St. Jakob / Hagnau entrance or at Ikea Pratteln.
In the village center, you will find everything you need: banks, the post office, Interdiscount, butcher, Coop, and many great restaurants. Everything is conveniently within walking or cycling distance.
Muttenz itself has a public indoor swimming pool, and in summer, the outdoor pool in Pratteln or St. Jakob is also not far away.
