Carabelli
...is created here as a symbiosis of the fantastic natural spectacle in the outdoor area and a creative interior design that expresses the powerful forms of nature through the use of various stone elements. The house meets high demands and shines in many details. A spacious terrace conveys a lounge feeling with different seating and lounging areas, partially covered and heated, as well as a pool that visually connects with the lake as a unit. On the terrace level, there is also a sauna with lake view and the garden kitchen with wine fridge and large storage space. Ideal privacy is provided by the guest area designed here with its own bathroom and access to the terrace. Carabelli is an elegantly designed hideaway with beautiful design details, grand views, and wonderful outdoor seating areas. The perfect holiday home for the dream of the south.
The upper house level appears very generous due to an open layout and large windows to the lake. Bright limestone flooring and a reduced use of colors emphasize this concept and allow for plenty of room for living design. Deliberately set counterpoints are the different stone variants, which act as large surfaces on various walls in the entrance, kitchen, and bathroom as design elements. The kitchen counter is an "eyecatcher" in the living area, as it is made from a single block of honey-colored stone, which is also found as the backsplash of the kitchen. Fireplace and balcony for lake view breakfast are further harmonious details.
Waking up in the morning with a grand view of the lake is the daily luxury here. The cozy sleeping area is separated by a special stone wall in wave ornamentation from the bathroom and dressing room. Large windows to the front balcony and another exit to the side terrace and the office bring a lot of light and sun into the room.
Shower and WC area, designed in a separate room, are decorated with beautiful dark stone slabs that cover an entire wall each. Adjacent is a dressing room with generous wall and shelf equipment.
From the bathroom, a small side terrace leads to the study, whose double doors can be completely opened - working with a full lake view! The wall design with large, ornamental wall panels gives this room a very noble aura. A side exit leads from here up to another sunny seating area with stone benches.
