Situation
The detached house is located in the center of Diesse, away from the main road, in a quiet and family-friendly environment. Thanks to its location to the south of the village and the elevated layout of the living rooms, the house benefits from a spectacular view of the plain and the Alps.
House
Built in 1860, originally as a saddlery, the house is accessible by a staircase leading to a small covered entrance. Access is through the kitchen which leads to a charming living room with exposed beams and a fireplace. The room adjacent to the kitchen was once a second toilet, which has been transformed. Now used as a dressing room, this room could easily be converted back into a toilet, as the connections are still present.
The large terrace, accessible from the living room, enjoys optimal sunshine until the evening during the summer months.
A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, which includes an open bedroom, a closed bedroom, and a bathroom with a bathtub.
A small adjoining stone house is part of the property and offers additional storage space. The building is classified as a historical monument and cannot be demolished.
