It is in an idyllic setting consisting of flowering meadows, fields, groves, forests, and a nearby stream that this original house is located.
What better way to recharge than to live in harmony with nature and be lulled by the song of the birds? Here you can enjoy it every day!
Moreover, the virtually non-existent traffic and the absence of public lighting will satisfy those sensitive to nuisances.
The house is unique in that it is an authentic tobacco dryer that has been completely renovated, leaving intact the entire exterior structure typical of those famous barns characteristic of the Broye.
More specifically, a wooden habitable structure has been built inside the barn while leaving some traces of the original beams to rhythm the separation of the rooms and bring its share of charm and authenticity.
The main level benefits from a large open living space of nearly 60 m2 which includes the kitchen, dining room, and living room. A bathroom with WC is also located on this level.
The upper floor includes another completely open space but also has a mezzanine offering volume and brightness to the whole. An office corner, an open bedroom, and a hallway that could serve as a living room make up this part, in addition to another closed bedroom.
The numerous openings in the facade bring a lot of light to enjoy maximum sunshine from morning to evening, not to mention the unobstructed and breathtaking view of the countryside.

The barn dates back to 1900, but it was in 2008 that the renovation project was initiated and completed. The construction of the interior structure and all the finishing work was entrusted to local companies and craftsmen. In addition to the cellar, the house includes a storage room and an attic. The part that is located between the habitable structure and the ridge of the roof is large enough to imagine one or even two more rooms. The house has not been inhabited.
