The imposing chalet was built in 1930 and is classified as "worth preserving" in the building inventory of the canton of Lucerne.
The large garden is protected by a hedge facing the pavement. Three to four outdoor parking spaces offer plenty of comfort. A small garage is also available.
In 1986, the main apartment on the 1st and 2nd floors was renovated. In 2000, a stylish guest apartment with direct garden access was created on the ground floor.
It's fortunate that the current owners have handled the existing building fabric subtly and respectfully.
