This venerable half-timbered house with a barn and a large area is like winning the housing lottery! On one hand, the unique location in the small hamlet of Hinteralbis, on the Albis chain, practically without fog, surrounded by beautiful nature and yet close to Zurich and Zug. On the other hand, of course, the house itself: the old farmhouse, built in 1750, fully deserves its status as a protected property. Two independent parts of the house are united under the high gable of the roof.
In the southwest-facing half, a family finds rare freedom: eight rooms, a modern kitchen-living room, a second kitchen, three bathrooms, and a separate toilet are spread over a living area of about 280 m² and a separate toilet. There is also plenty of storage space in the attic rooms on the last two floors and in the basement with its own external access. Original expansion elements such as a tiled stove, woodwork, and imposts testify to the long history of the house. In recent years, investments have been made in interior and exterior renovations, and with further modernization, you can make your home even more comfortable and future-proof.
In addition to a garage building and a small shed, the part of the house also includes a barn. Furry or feathered residents would have space to roam in the adjacent meadow. Children will find countless opportunities to explore nature, let off steam, and have adventures throughout the region. Meanwhile, you can enjoy the sun in the garden and relax with a view of the open meadows.
