This is a charming inn with a café-restaurant, built originally in 1713 in the style of the farms of the Pays d'En-Haut, namely a wooden construction for the floors on a stone basement level.
It is ideally located on the road to Pillon, less than 2 kilometers from Diablerets and enjoys very good commercial visibility.
The inn has undergone various transformations and updates, particularly for the entire ground floor which has been designated as a café-restaurant and banquet hall. The upper floors have been arranged for habitation.
The interior layout is as follows:
-ground floor: public establishment with café-restaurant room, bar counter, equipped professional kitchen, cold rooms, restrooms, separate room for banquets and companies, service rooms;
first floor: living rooms and service rooms, restrooms, separate studio with independent entrance, long balcony on the main facade;
attic: living rooms and service rooms, restrooms, main balcony on the facade.
The large paved parking area in front of the inn allows easy access and reception for 25 vehicles all year round.
The "Les Aviolats" stop of the Aigle-Sépey-Les Diablerets railway line is located about 300 meters away.
