The 200 m² office space is located in the cross-building of the commercial building
Riehen between the village center of Riehen and the border to
Germany. The commercial building was built in 1992 under building rights and
divided into condominium ownership. Since the construction, maintenance work
has been carried out on the common components.
The office space has a functional interior design with base channels, suspended ceiling, and partially sockets in the floor. The offices are connected via a network with LAN connections.
The area is divided into six large office rooms, which are connected by a central corridor and each has a connecting door.
A private kitchenette with dishwasher and refrigerator also belongs to the office unit. Additionally, there are two separate toilets in the stairwell with an elevator.
In the shared parking garage in the 1st basement, there are the
two parking spaces. In front of the commercial building, there are parking spaces in
the blue zone. Above the workshops, there is a vineyard.
The office spaces are oriented to the north and the access corridor
to the south.
