A mains water connection with a 2-inch pipe and meter is also installed in the building. An Inox compressed air ring line and an Inox water ring line via a large open grid channel distribute electricity, air, and water around the entire workshop hall with 24 outlets at approximately 4m distance, 24 combined sockets 230/400V CE16, 2 combined sockets 230/400V CE32, 16 air coupling sockets, and 4 water connections are available. Additionally, 2 floor conduits with air, water, and a 60mm empty conduit are embedded in the floor, which ensure two connection points in the middle of the hall.
The compressor connection (without compressor) is located on the upper floor on the intermediate floor. The workshop hall is equipped with a 2-ton overhead crane, a large electric roll-up door W3.45 x H3.75m with a pedestrian door, a large manual sliding door W4 x H4m, and a separate office entrance door (without inventory, except for existing office, kitchen, and cloakroom facilities).
In the building on the ground floor, apart from the workshop, there are 2 office rooms, each approximately 4 x 4 x H2.8m, 1 break room, 1 changing room with sink and shower, and a bathroom with toilet, urinal, and sink. A 300L electric boiler is available for hot water preparation. On the upper floor, there is 1 office room approximately 4 x 8m and 1 storage room approximately 8 x 8 x H2.27m.
