Traditional construction with load-bearing walls and facades in cement bricks 17.5 cm thick or reinforced concrete.
Interior load-bearing walls in cement bricks 15 cm thick or reinforced concrete.
The facade walls will be formed of a peripheral insulation of 160mm thick, with a plastic reinforcement mesh and a cement mortar coating on which the finishing plaster grain 2 mm ribbed full is applied.
Windows and French doors in white PVC, double insulating glazing.
