The building was built in 1936 by the architect Conrad Vetterli. Transformed in 1946 into a café-restaurant, it was for a long time a Geneva institution. It is a building registered in the Architectural Survey of the Canton of Geneva (RAC).
On one level, the building offers a large commercial area with few load-bearing constraints, extended by a veranda and a covered car park.
In the basement, accessible by stairs, is the former cold room, a large storage space and the technical rooms.
In addition to the built plot, two plots totaling about fifteen outdoor parking spaces are also part of the sale.
