The property is accessible via a staircase from the Höhenstrasse, where the two garage boxes belonging to the residential building are also located. The holiday chalet includes a large surrounding area with a beautiful view of the mountains and the village of Zweisimmen. There is also a right of way that can be used to reach the village via the terrace in the south.
The chalet has three floors.
On the ground floor there is the technical and heating room, a 2.5 room apartment and a large spa area. The shelter and technical room are also on this floor. On the upper floor there is a spacious 2.5 room apartment with a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the top floor there is a 4.5 room apartment with a bathroom. The upper apartments have large balconies and the ground floor apartment has access to the terrace and garden area. The chalet is connected to the Zweisimmen district heating system. The chalet was used by the owners as a 2-family house.
On the ground floor, which is accessible from all apartments via the stairs or the entrance on the ground floor, there is a spacious entrance hall, which offers access to the shelter, technical room and the spa area. The spacious room, which houses a large swimming pool, a sauna and a relaxation area, is located on the west-facing mountainside. The spa area has not been used for the last few years and would need technical revision.
