The two newly constructed multi-family houses in the Thal Nature Park are located in a very quiet and sunny area in the center of the village of Herbetswil.
The two buildings, each with 6 apartments, are connected to a parking garage. The garage has 14 parking spaces, which are prepared for e-mobility connections. From this garage, you can reach your apartment dry-footed via the respective stairwell.
Age-appropriate, family-friendly, and wheelchair accessible with ecological, sustainable heating (district heating with wood chips), optimal thermal insulation (Minergie standard) are some of the features that were highly valued during the project implementation.
These 12 apartments will be ready for occupancy from May 1, 2024, and have a high standard of finish:
Large elevator, own washing machine and dryer in the apartment, high-quality kitchen with granite countertop, glass ceramic cooktop (flush-mounted), high-mounted oven, large refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, dishwasher (fully integrated).
The bathroom features a generous walk-in shower, a sink with granite countertop, under-sink furniture, and a wide mirror cabinet.
The living and bathroom areas are laid with large-format porcelain stoneware tiles. In the rooms, laminate flooring in oak decor is installed.
A small storage room at the entrance provides ideal storage space for various necessary household items (e.g., vacuum cleaner, cleaning materials, etc.).
All apartments have a large, sunny outdoor seating area or terrace with an electric sunshade.
Each apartment has its own cellar room in the basement.
