The apartment was renovated in 2014/2015 with the following works: Demolition and complete renovation of the bathroom with plumbing installation, tiles, and sanitary ceramics. Shower, bidet, double light, washing machine connection, fittings, and large mirror. Complete removal of the flooring in the hallway, entrance, bedroom, living room, terrace with tiled floor. Sanding and laying of laminate flooring, except for the terrace, where tiles were laid. The kitchen floor was not replaced as the existing tiles were in excellent condition. The electrical system was completely and partially renewed, with some components replaced. In the living room, light points and new TV connections were installed, and in the bedroom, a TV device was newly set up. A circuit breaker was installed. This system was subsequently certified by the electrical authority in Biasca. The kettle and refrigerator were replaced with new ones, and the entire kitchen was overhauled. The walls were repaired (scratches, missing plaster pieces, and stuck screws, etc.) and the walls and doors were completely painted twice. The building is part of a complex of four buildings with gardens and large outdoor areas. Heating is provided by an oil boiler and radiators on the walls of the rooms and the kitchen. The building has an elevator. The windows and doors are made of insulated aluminum. In the basement, there is a communal laundry room (washing machine/dryer) and a private cellar.
The apartment is equipped with a private outdoor parking space and a communal garden, about 20 m from the entrance door of the building.
Within a radius of 50 meters around the building, there is a pharmacy, a bar with a restaurant, a large store with various brands, an ATM, and a bus stop. The center of Biasca can be reached by car in about 5 minutes.
