As an alternative for self-use (first residence), we can permanently rent your apartment (buy to let) and enable you to achieve a market-compliant return. This is possible thanks to low energy and operating costs for you as the owner. Foreign nationals can also acquire the apartment if it is used as a primary residence (residence permit B or C).
You can additionally purchase a parking space for CHF 40,000 or a moped space for CHF 8,000. The Rothorn and Wilerhorn residential buildings are under construction. Move-in date by arrangement.
