Cellar in the basement, not included in the m2 of the apartment.
The heating system for the entire building is yet to be defined. However, the choice will be between district heating (Fribourg city network) or using a heat pump for the entire building, with underfloor distribution.
Photovoltaic panels will be installed on the roof of the building.
The construction of the apartments is expected to begin in the fall of 2024.
